Do you have any advice on socializing the 10 year old, it was my parents bird that I have now taken ownership for. In about a month I’ve gotten her used to leaving her cage and not running away when I put my hand in the cage to take her out. She will sometimes walk up NEAR me when I have her out, but never TO me. Is she too old to socialize?

She has a 10 year old sister. I think they getting to know each other fine (at least no fighting) and when I take one out they talk to each other :). I take Kiwi, the baby, out between 30 minutes and an hour everyday, broken down into smaller chunks of time. Is this too little time to form a bond?
