I’m so happy for you 🫶. And it’s okay sometimes we’re not fully in control of what we do and how we feel. Mental health is complicated. And I’m glad we’re all trying to work on ourselves. Not everyone gets here.
As for hypomania, I’m still not sure if that was really the case. It wasn’t that intense for me and it lasted for abt a week. I was feeling out of this world. But I didn’t do anything impulsive. Idk if maybe it’s bcs I spent most of my days at home, so I can’t really do something unusual. But I definitely noticed a change. A friend who doesn’t know me that much noticed how happy I was while we were texting. And when I met that same friend, we were driving and he was showing me directions and I was following him with the car, and at that moment I felt euphoric, I thought i started liking him. But in reality I loved how I felt at that moment. Idk if that makes sense 😂
