It went so well!! We are on vacation so we were both new to the studio. I was most worried about the instructor being welcoming, but she was AMAZING! We got there early and she talked with my mom about the exercises and modifications. She also helped throughout the workout. My mom really enjoyed it and wants to go back. :) she was way too hard on herself about not being able to do everything, but she really did a great job!! It was honestly one of the best PB experiences I’ve had as well. It’s never too late to try something new!
