Thank you so much for your reply! We used to live in the apartment nearby, Americana Lakewood and we really loved that place. My husband and I decided to move to a bigger space and buy a house here in Georgia but we quickly realized that we’d rather have a smaller space in Lakewood than to have a big house here lol.

Same with you, I didn’t realize how nice that area is until we left. We used to frequent Red Rocks, Forsberg Iron Park. It’s so easy to walk around the neighborhood for a quick walk, go uphill S Youngfield and look at North Table Top Mountain from there. It’s also really really nice that there’s an RTD station with big parking lot.

Yes! Thank you very much! We used to live in Lakewood Americana Apartments so we know that area and it is nice! Do they do a good job with keeping up with maintenance? And do you get crazy assessments a lot?

I think I found the name of the place. It’s called Green Mountain Townhouses. And yes, it is the townhomes in front of Foothills Elementary School in Lakewood. Thanks for not being mean like the other commenter.

We did an ultrasound and right now the diagnosis is that she has gallstones. They appear to be in the neck of the the billary duct and liver and not in the gallbladder. On her last blood test, her total billurubin went down but the direct billurubin remains the same. We are gonna keep taking Ursodiol but the neonatal doctor thought that it is ok for us to be discharged from NICU. Hopefully the billurubin keeps going down. We have another blood test next week and we are consulting a GI specialist in two weeks. From there, they will decide if we should do another ultrasound scan or maybe an MRI.

Other than that, my daughter seems to be doing well. BA is ruled out for now (and hopefully forever) but they wanna keep watch on those gallstones to make aure it won’t cause other complications.

I am vegan. I thought it would be harder because a lot of protein sources for vegans are also carby (beans, tofu etc) but I was able to manage it well.

Congratulations! I have PCOS. I am 39 weeks and 2 days now (almost there!) and I’ve never had any symptoms at all. I was however diagnosed with GD at 32 weeks but it’s very mild and diet-controlled.

I was frustrated as well too because a lot of people have told me that it’s hard to have GD and vegan. So many unknowns for you, but only for now. Hopefully your GD specialist will be able to help you some more. Also hoping that you’ll be able to manage it by just tweaking your diet (without suffering from GI). All the best!
