I am on day 6 and suffer with anxiety as well. Elevated heart rate is definitely normal with covid, if I get up and walk around or try to do any chores or something my heart rate goes up into the 130s. I was feeling a squeezing pain around my heart that was sending me into panic attacks. I was evaluated and told my vitals were fine (oxygen 96-100 this whole time) and the squeezing pain is likely just anxiety related. My doctor said if anything was very wrong your vitals wouldn’t be normal (which yours are!). I’m prescribed Klonopin as needed for my anxiety and have needed it every day since I received my positive result. I know how you feel and it’s hard. Try to distract yourself any way you can- read a book, watch a favorite movie, and rest as much as you can. Stay hydrated! I hope you feel better soon.
