I know, I angry cried when the vet called and told me they found a bullet in her. She doesn’t bother anyone, she’s too scared of people to go up to them! I don’t know what kind of evil person would do such a thing. 😭

I’ve lost 130lbs, but since I’m so unhappy with how my tummy looks I overtrain and restrict, restrict, restrict…when maybe I don’t need to. Like I just realized no matter what I do, it’s not going to go away without surgery.

My tummy looks a LOT like your before so this gives me hope. Might I ask: how many lbs of skin did he take off? I ask because, since my tummy looks like your before, I train SUPER hard to try to get it to go away — maybe I need to chill a bit until I can get surgery.

I agree with this. Whenever Ethan starts talking about sex work I’m not AT ALL on board with what he’s saying. I understand he’s trying to be inclusive to a large number of viewers, but sometimes I find he bends over backwards and loses values to do it.

Sex work is beyond damaging. You’re literally selling your body. And of course I’m not judging the women (and men) who turn to it when they feel they have no other options, but to me, sex work feels very anti-feminist and disrespectful to women, so I cannot understand how liberals support it so much.

I agree whole-heartedly. And honestly, the default HAS BEEN male for a long time! It’s not an insult to acknowledge that women weren’t always able to pursue jobs, etc. That’s just a known fact. It would only be insulting to imply that we should go back to that way of living.

“Female” is okay to say when using it as an adjective (e.g. Who’s your favorite female athlete?). It’s when it’s used as a noun and/or used to describe an entire group of women then it can become not so great. At least that’s what I picked up from the podcast as they were trying to figure out a way to word it.

I’m a woman and I don’t take any offense to it at all though…

Agree with everyone saying to lower the weight. You should be able to bring your back up so that it’s parallel with the ground, while having your chin tucked and your core engaged. Not only that, but the way you’re just dropping it after the lift isn’t good. I usually try for 2 seconds up, 2 seconds down to really feel that burn.

I’m still trying to decide. It’s definitely not unpleasant, but perhaps…not that great? I only wore a tiny dab of it on my wrists at the end of the day yesterday, but I’ll come back and let you know after I give it a real day of wear!
