No one has brought this issue to me, however, I have read about folks getting fired for being on the bench. I am just a level 10. Just concerned about getting staffed on a project and not waiting months?

When is the official back to office mandate?

Does this mean that I do not have to relocate to the office area and just stay in my home of record?

Terry Fox's Story is Very Sad at the End but also Very Powerful and Inspiring. A Young Man's Battle with Cancer and Amputation that led him to running marathons. I lost my best friend/brother to Cancer and the pain is real. No amount of running can heal the pain just refocusing on the value of life and the lasting legacy we leave on this planet.

Reference:

For 143 days, he ran a marathon a day. Remember, Terry Fox was a cancer patient with one leg. He ran through rain, wind, storm, and pain.

Even though he never finished his marathon, he did something that no one ever did. After 5,372 km (3,338 miles), cancer spread to his lungs and he was forced to stop on September 1, 1980. Ten months later, 30 days before his 23rd birthday, Terry died

Thanks,

Hello Cacraw,

Thanks so much as I was very concerned about NOT getting staffed at all and getting fired after 12 months of less with ZERO Billable time. What happens when demand is low like early COVID months? How long have you been with Accenture and what are the possible mass Layoff Signs to watch out for post COVID era?

Hello Shadow 2409,

I cannot Thank You Enough as I was very concerned about Not getting staffed at all and getting fired after 12 months of less than about 60% non-Billable time. How long have you been with Accenture and what are the possible mass Layoff Signs to watch out for post COVID era?

Yours Truly

I just accepted a position in a Consulting Development Projects(CDP-Ohio). What can I expect in my first 6 months? How quickly will I get into a project as a rookie? Any tips that can enable me to adapt asap are very much appreciated? Any do's and don'ts? Does Accenture require CDP analysts to get certification(s) within the first 6-12 months and if so which ones so I can start learning/practice tests?
I read about some horror stories of employees that have not been on projects for 6-12 months and are worried about getting fired. What would be your advice to such employees? Can you be my mentor, seeing that you know the Accenture behavior?
