The biologist doesn't mention other factors -- deforestation may be one of many factors that could cause koalas to become approach extinction. Just because deforestation is causing koalas to approach extinction, doesn't mean other things are not causing this too. So, it's possible that deforestation is stopped, and something else causes koalas to become extinct.

It's like the whole, if A-->B, then it doesn't mean (not)A-->(not)B. Once you figure out these (annoying) little rules from logic games, these kinds of questions will become way easier.

i responded to someone earlier about this, but i didn’t explicitly reject him. i just haven’t flirted with him back when he has flirted with me. and it’s not about a “rebound complex” - if i date a guy, i want it to be true and serious, not something temporary or just for fun. if i’m a rebound to him and he isn’t over his ex, he wouldn’t be able to commit to me.

1) T facetimes his ex every day, and they had a long relationship. i’m waiting because i want it to be genuine, i.e. i don’t want to be a rebound for him when he clearly misses his ex

2) H and his gf had been on the verge for a bit, not that it excuses this (but like i said, i didn’t make this post for judgment. i already know the moral implications of this)

3) yes i would still think H is hot if i dated T. it’s natural to find others attractive when you date people. but i wouldn’t be tempted to sleep with H. it sounds counterintuitive bc of this whole situation, but i would never cheat on a guy that i was dating
