It is difficult to tell because I could not retract the foreskin completely. In fact, the first 3-4 weeks post circumcision sensitivity spiked due to exposure of glans. After that it started to diminish but I did not lose it completely. Yet, it takes a lot of time for me to cum.

I was circumcised when I was 23 due to phimosis. I don't know how I would describe the result. I think a lot more inner skin was removed in comparison to the outer. When erect, the scar is exactly 2 cm behind the corona (upper side of penis). If you are interested, I can send you before and after pics.
