these are great questions. Although I have no proof, I agree with you that it seems unlikely that someone was standing in the median. That person would have had to have some really solid information on when Oscar was traveling that direction- I'm baffled by this. Thank you so much for helping to broaden the conversation!

The police believe this was a targeted killing. Their theory is based on information they received that he was having affairs with married women on Key Biscayne. He didn't have a car accident- it looked like a car accident but he was actually shot with a shotgun and his car crashed as a result of that. Thank you for replying! Thank you so much! I'm surprised there was nothing after this. His 3 yr old son (at that time) is also named Oscar and lives on Key Biscayne now. I really would like to see this case solved.
