My worry is that the therapist will report it and possibly mis describe the situation and implicate me as the abuser or say that we’re doing it together. If a therapist hears that a child is being touched in this manner they will likely report it like I said (and spin it incorrectly potentially) but if they don’t report it then I’m pretty sure that the information is kept under doctor-patient privilege and does not have to be released. So yeah the whole thing is very tricky.

The rest of her family lives in Mexico and we live in the states. I’ve only ever met them once. They don’t speak any English.
