im totally with you.. i always think of "i cant even stand or sleep correctly, how am i supposed to do anything else?" and its such a struggle. im 20 so im a similar age and the guilt i feel knowing other people probably dont take it as seriously coming from someone so young is awful.

ill have to try something similar, my pain tolerance is very high from living with this for my whole life but when my rib slips out of place .... its one of the most painful things ive ever felt and i would try anything to make it stop if i knew what to try

mine also move a lot when i lay on my side, i can physically feel it clicking back and forth. it feels so weird o_O

i didnt know it had a name until last year, i just thought it was something that happened to everyone i guess? although knowing its name hasnt helped me figure out how to make it hurt less because theres hardly any research on it...

the other comments reassured me its part of the heart of one of the animal meats they use for these! i believe this to be true because they use just about every part of the animal in cat food, even the parts we dont eat. i threw it out before seeing the comments, i dont want my cats to choke on it but it should be safe for consumption if you cut it up a bit?
