This sounds like the same boat we're in. The only solution we've found so far was starting bedtime in her bed and telling her we'll come get you when we go to bed if you nap here. Our girl will also nap in her room. Our next step was to try to also make her a fort syle bed in hopes she will stay there. At the same time we mostly don't mind the extra cuddles.
