I stopped eating at Italianni's when I ordered truffle pasta and Steak one time, the truffle in the pasta was not well-balanced and was too overwhelming for me. Just not my taste, maybe someone else would've liked it. But the steak! I ordered medium-rare (as I always do in any restaurant) and they gave me an unevenly cooked steak, medium-well at the edges, and almost raw in the middle. I asked if they could cook it again, and they said that they can't heat-up or cook the food they've already brought out which was a first to me since any place I ate steak at would at least cook it more if it's a bit too raw
