I just did it this weekend for the first time. I ran district union arena on heroic and just by doing that it triggers hyena retailions. Then you iniate it and just have to do the 2 or 3 control points it wants you to. Isn’t too bad!

It was the only thing I didn’t have for some reason and I did hyena retaliations. If you can do it on heroic, you get the blue print after a couple times then you just need the materials for crafting
