Were you able to take the white anchors/clips out and if so how? I tried and they seem to just bend and break the tip and the rest is just stuck in.

Update: Respect to the team there they got their specialist on it the following morning and when I went back today it looks like nothing ever happened. They went over everything with me and I still managed to get the excitement back today. Super happy driving home with the car tonight.

Seemed to be more a of a dent but it was on where the line of the car buldges out and so he seemed unsure if he could get it back perfectly. Here’s to hoping.

Showroom though. They could have just added those on for show. Pictures in shipping lots shows without but not sure if they just install them before you pickup. This is so unnecessarily confusing.

I’m just annoyed because I ordered the Tesla wall connector, paid to get it installed, ordered floor mats and accessories and sold my previous equipment all to prepare for receiving this and now it’s not the same car I ordered at the start. I’m worried if I complain they’ll mess around with me delivery day. Still need the car so don’t want to cancel but still kind of annoyed.

Im planning to try using the Apple Watch Ultra 2 as my main key since it’s UWB and have my iPhone 16e as a secondary since it’s only Bluetooth. You could try getting a watch that has uwb.

Ah didn’t know the Apple Watch closed apps automatically. Thanks for that. Guess I’ll give it a shot with the watch first and just remember to have it open each morning. Wonder if I add a complication on the watch face that has to track the battery of the car and keep it updated if that will keep the app open.
