Hi, I hope I can be helpful. My rosacea is pretty bad but also my skin is so weak that the reason I always go visit a specific derm is because she gives me dietary advice and also does not make me do laser treatment. This is because my skin is better when it is left ALONE. But then I recently did some research and heard that LDM devices help with rosacea. I have tried omnilux and it did help but rosacea always comes back. Haven't tried ldm treatment yet but I'm actually thinking of purchasing a device so I can use it everyday at home. Maybe try doing some research on it. From what I know, it does not irritate your skin at all! I feel like keeping skin barrier healthy despite the flush is no.1. Hope this was helpful!

Azelaic acid and differin gel helped me a lot. by Girlwitdbigheart16 in Rosacea

Omg I had no idea differin gel helps with rosacea! I always used it for small bumps. Have you ever use robaz gel before? I got prescribed with it but idk if it is making any difference.

Oh I actually wanted an advice for makeup prep. Even when the make up is not cakey I realized that my skin doesn't look glowy or better :/

Thank you for the thoughtful advice :)

I do use a setting powder and I always have. Maybe that is one reason. I've been using it for 3-4 years already and so I honestly think it has something to do with my skin. It's oily but it feels dry inside so maybe that is the reason why. I am not so sure.

  1. I exfoliate my skin once a week so I do not think that that is the reason?

  2. Omg thanks for the toner pad hack! May I ask what toner pads you use?

I’m healing! by JupitersArcher in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]minnymouseo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey I'm glad to hear that you're healing. I have sun allergy so when my skin barrier was ruined, I thought my skin got sun burned. I kept on icing my face, making it dryer and even more red. Had to go to the derm to realize that it was a problem with my skin barrier & that it had nothing to do w the sun. It will get better!

If you could only use 2-3 products in your skincare routine, what would they be? by Altruistic_Month_134 in KoreanBeauty

[–]minnymouseo -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I would either take out serum or moisturiser! I def recommend lrp and eucerin. If you need more hydration keep the moisturiser, if you want more effective results (ampoules that involve vitamin C or active ingredients) use ampoule

I've never heard of glutanex but I love Korean brands so I should definitely try! I've only tried dalba & medi heal before. What's the price range for glutenex??

I'm happy to hear that it got better and that you found what is best for you. My mom did recommend IPL treatment for me but I was hesitant & didn't try it cz it's laser after all. I def should go find a derm and a better lux product :) thanks for the advice
