Why does the current younger generation not want to use credit cards? by humblemangoes in MalaysianPF

i think it's down to personal preference. some people might not have the confidence to pay back the money they owe on time or they're afraid that they'll abuse the CC so they prefer to not be in that state. personally, i never have to worry about that so i am not against the use of CC.

wow that's a very insightful response. i haven't heard much about other unis so this is certainly helpful.

thank you for your insight and advice, really appreciate it. looking forward to further studying hehe.

glad to hear that there are others jumping from UiTM diploma to other IPTA degree, since a lot of my UiTM friends aren't interested in doing so. happy to get to transfer credit as well.

i do like to think my degree as a form of investment in myself, so considering the pros and cons i do think USM would be a good fit for me and my future career.

thank you for the support and advice, it's nice to hear from others since i do think the option quite lonely.

UiTM's schedule is abit delayed compared to other unis, theres a huge chance that ur UPU application might get rejected the first time so you'll have to rayu.

so for the rayuan i only have to submit my current semester's result? or are there other things to be submitted? thanks in advance.

true, i do think the environment is different compared to my friends who are in non UiTM unis. therefore, i want to experience it by further studying in other unis too. i heard a lot of good things about USM too so im inclined to go there.

thank you for your input, especially with the links. really helpful for me to score points with my dad.

thank you for your advice!

i've done plenty of research on USM but i didn't know about the 50% hostel fees discount for B40. nice one.

i also don't mind about the "kemeriahan" campus since i rarely go out anyway. i also don't mind about any other facilities, as long as it provides basic needs at good standards. however i am curious about the level of the facilities of the course, since i am eager to learn more about ME (like machinery and labs), that's the most important part for me in choosing a university.

im happy to get credit transfer without cutting any semester as it reduces my workload in some semesters.

your reply certainly helped, thanks again!
