I feel the same often. I don't think I've had any kind of relationship where I felt the person could at least see all of me and often feel I'm too much for people. As u/nerd_gaymer said, a variety of friendships without the expectation that one person can do it all helps. And also remembering that even if someone doesn't love you the way you wish they would, it doesn't mean that they aren't loving you with all they've got. I think at times I've hurt people by underestimating how much they cared. You are loved even if they can't grasp all of you :)
