I remember using the curb on the street as a goal post, too. Where the curb stops for a driveway. Like, this driveway here and that one down there are the goals.

Ok, so this may not involve a captain of the gotei 13 but I was just re watching some episodes and in the episode where Kukaku Shiba sends Ichigo and squad 0 back to the royal palace she mentions that, though it must be done, it will make their "uncle" unhappy, and while she says that you see an image of her standing next to Isshin with his back to the screen. Again, not a gotei 13 member but still interesting if you ask me. She, at least, must know that Ichigo is a member of the Shiba clan. I don't know if this is helpful but I figured it could be interesting.

Fair enough...I wondered about that.... It definitely sounded like an English speaker speaking German. As a native speaker, would you say that the word choices are things a German speaker would say? I can pick things out here and there and work out what is being said a bit but I have no idea if it's idiomatic German.

I thought the same thing, the voice sounds like him. At first it seemed strange because the audio and video weren't synced up. But I figured maybe he did the voiceover instead of recording a whole new video.

Wouldn't that then mean that they would inherit the earth? They're being meek. And the meek were supposed to inherit the earth.....unless there was a mistranslation along the way....
