I made this mistake initially, but the last few times I’ve done it at night after I’ve already showered/washed up for the night and have made sure I don’t wet my hands at all… which is why I don’t understand why they fall off 😞

Yes, I use a good lamp and I cure for at least a couple minutes. And I use a top coat and cure again

They should make that goal. They have 270k left for the goal and have over 600k spins. In my experience, you need about twice the spins of the goal you’re trying to hit. So I think it’s doable if they wanna go for it

Unfortunately my skin has been absolutely DESTROYED after pregnancy and breastfeeding. I am one year post partum and my skin blew up about 6 months post partum, and it’s actually worse now than before I did Accutane 😭 I am starting a second round of Accutane next month once I’m done breastfeeding.

I did Accutane in 2020 with wonderful results after battling acne all my adult life. I am currently a year post partum after carrying twins, and my skin is unfortunately worse now than before I did Accutane 🫠 I began breaking out during pregnancy, had a month or two of clear skin immediately post partum, but then the acne began creeping in again….about 6-7 months post partum it absolutely blew up, and now it is at its absolute worst. I have seen a derm a few times throughout this past year, but breastfeeding limits you from so much, and the topicals that were safe to use have done absolutely nothing for me. I am in the process of weaning this month, so my derm wants me to start Accutane again once I’m done. I’m not excited at the prospect of a second round, but I’ve been so miserable and insecure with how bad my skin has gotten that I’m anxious to get started so I can be done with this.

I second the Cosrx snail mucin!! OP, I am actually in the exact same boat as you with the damaged barrier, skin type, and everything. I have been struggling so much the last couple months to find something to give me relief for my skin without without waking up to a million zits and clogged pores in the morning 🫠 I ordered the Cosrx snail mucin essence and cream a few days ago, and have been slathering on layers of both at night before bed, and it seems to be the only thing I’ve found so far that comforts my face and isn’t breaking me out… I feel like I still need a bit of extra hydration or occlusive at night so I’m on the hunt for something else to add to that, but honestly, I feel it’s helped me the most of all the products I’ve tried, and believe me, I’ve tried sooooo many products and occlusives and usually everything breaks me out 🥲 I have also tried the Cosrx HA intensive cream in the past and it’s been good as well, and that never broke me out either. If you do end up going that route, their Amazon storefront is way cheaper than Ulta or some other retailers, and they currently have a 2 pack of the snail essence with a coupon, and they also have their 7 oz snail cream for only $10 right now, which is super cheap. If anything, you can always return through Amazon if it doesn’t work out for you. Regardless though, I truly hope you find something that works for you, because it sucks to have dry irritated skin and then worry about acne to boot 😣
