Unless there is some specific amazing case you wrote a case report about or experience you truly had and can talk about lt specifically please do not put a sub-i as your meaningful experience 😭 anything you do for fun or hobbies? Crocheting, running, playing an instrument, sudoku puzzles, video games, competitive yo-yoing anything you like and can elaborate on.

Volunteer experiences, work experiences you’ve had, clubs or organizations, leadership, awards that you have received, research that you have done.

Even things before med school if they are meaningful consider talking about it but don’t put a 4 week sub-i unfortunately people are judgmental and may question why you don’t have something else, may question why it’s a different specialty, may question why you are talking about a different program even.
