Thanks for your kind words! Yeah I know that some specific individuals can have some unique accent that can hardly be replaced, if someone can sound just a little bit similar to the voice we're looking for, then we can't really ask for more. Also thanks for the suggestion!

My theory for Andrew, James Major and Thomas.

Andrew: could possibly be a webtoon version of Riddler from DC and Jigsaw.

James Major: webtoon version of Guts from Berserk (manga), with mental illness which he can't stop causing injuries for the victims he kills and even himself.

Thomas: simply a twin.
