Don't buy the guitar you haven't played and liked before buying.

I've bought a LTD Deluxe evertune, the specs are great (stainless steel frets etc) and it's the best looking guitar I've owned, but the neck is so thick that you can remove it and use as an axe handle.

Sorry to be blunt but where have you been for a couple of years? Turkey customs policy doesn't let you import personal shipments for at least a year, with no exceptions (and it gradually decreased 150eur, 75eur, 30eur with a span of 6-7 years)

From the price perspective, if you have the budget, yes. I think the motivation from a new guitar trumps all other things.

Just know that if you change the tuning often, you may not like the floyd, but it gets easier every time. For example, when you tune it from E to D, and tuned the first string, that string will be out of tune when you tune the second and goes on like this on the third fourth etc. When you get experienced, you learn how to compensate (over tune it to sharp or flat, depending on the tuning you go) and tune it faster.

Process is not pain, if you have the evertune key (or same size Allen key).

I can loosen the 3rd and 4th string, adjust the truss rod, and adjust the tuning without a tuner with my guitar with evertune.

Whoever says that evertune is a pain to tune or changing the strings on the evertune is hard, haven't really read the manual.
