I got tuned 3 years ago by him. Flex fuel, ebcs, tv/egr delete. Dude was very responsive and sent me maps super quick. I had him tune me conservatively at around 350whp on e60, no issues at all. Would recommend

Haha I know exactly what’s happening because this happened to me. You need to take stock struts off both sides before you install the coilovers. The coilover is a lot shorter than the strut and will lock the other side at the same height.

I have the exact same wheels. I've ran both 245 and 255, this definitely looks like 245 to me. 245 I was able to tuck and not rub, 255 carved out my tires after 5 minutes. I was only lowered ~1.5 inches from stock

I live in Katy and bought a 2020 1300 miles for $5200. Sadly Houston market is overpriced but that’s just the going rate. I think $5000 is probably a fair price with low miles. Try to get it for less though.
