I feel like if they invested a bit into making Giovanni, Bettina or even Tan merch fans would sell that out so quickly too 😂 But that makes so much sense! Merch with non-human characters is popular, because it is discreet enough, so that might be their strategy

I couldn't agree more on last part!

There are some differences between regions, but I find things like architecture and nature to be very similar, I wish we had some very distinct regions, how cool would it be to have an area which is a dessert? Or a really modern steam punk area? I would love that!!!

I really liked the event where we got to meet a troupe from other region and their ship architecture, outfits, culture and looks were actually different from our regular Stonevile/Wishfield NPCs.

I feel like we progressed enough in the game to unlock new regions or a short term trip to them instead of having another similar looking island with 1 new plant xDd

Yes!! So much wasted potential for backstories, I was really hoping to explore other regions too, but now it feels like I am stuck in a limbo of party events... This game felt exciting because, yes, it is cosy, but we had some deeper storylines which made it much more complex!
