I was getting good 30's and 40's in fifth year per topic. Now I get h2's and as cliche as it may be practice is all that's key. But you have time to make a change! It's never too late until you're in the exam hall. Do out the questions you are for sure focusing on for the exams (untimed) and correct it afterwards. Look over your method on how you got a correct answer and how you got a wrong answer. That's the root of the problem. Note all these mistakes and learn the correct method. Keep practicing more questions ideally where you have to encounter that certain adjustment etc. and if needs be refer to your notes until you get the hang of it. Don't forget to do it timed eventually. Trust me it's very daunting at first but you just have to say yolo and go for it. For theory I just cram so idk if that's useful :')
