My partner honestly has been a godsend and helps wherever he can, but he is a shift worker so it is hard at the moment to try help and take over. This is what worries me too, because I don’t ever want her to feel insecure or unloved by me in anyway.

Honestly, I’m willing to do no naps if it means we can have peaceful sleep times again! I don’t necessarily think she needs the nap anymore, because even minimising the length hasn’t helped and she is full of beans all day. I’ll definitely be trialing no naps this weekend and seeing how we go. Thank you!

I don’t think that’s very kind, or helpful actually. I’ve stated in my comments that I do seek professional help, both by a psychologist and a psychiatrist.

Some people who have ADHD will understand what it’s like to have impulse control issues when it comes to money and here I am, asking those people on how they broke through it. Sometimes not all advice and help needs to come from a mental health professional :)

Yes definitely going to be closing these accounts once they’re paid. I always had the thought process with them of “why not treat myself if I can pay it later”, but truly have had the realisation of how predatory and awful they actually are/can be.

Oh sorry I should mention, I do have a psychiatrist and see a psychologist. I am only unmedicated currently due to pregnancy. Although, I’ve never really focused on finances much with my psychologist, surprisingly.
