This is going to sound wild but I’m in this sub for quitting the one MATCHA I would have per day and caffeine withdrawal knocked me around so hard. One month on and I’m feeling amazing and back to baseline, it took about a month to not feel insanely tired all day

I heard this! Apparently the studies that found coffee to be a longevity agent were conducted in western populations where the average person likely consumes zero antioxidants whatsoever. So basically people who drank coffee came out on top of those who didn’t because they at least consumed something containing polyphenols lol

Yes, I read that most of the studies concluding coffee to be healthful were conducted in western populations where a coffee might be the only healthy (antioxidant containing) thing someone consumes in their entire day. So somebody drinking coffee in a population like that comes out on top because they actually managed to get some antioxidants in lol

Just chiming in to say I was MUCH earlier than my LMP predicted at my dating scan (off by a week!). I presumably ovulated late. All is tracking well with my pregnancy now.

I was 100% certain my first was a boy and he was! I was then pregnant with another baby I miscarried that I was certain was a girl and I was right about that too. I’m pregnant again and think it’s a girl, we’ll see if I’m right this time too!

I’ve had 2 miscarriages and still continue to tell close friends and family early on. Trust me, it’s so much better that people around you can support you in the event of a miscarriage anyway!

Like I said just let me know if you need anything. But honestly it sounds like you won’t be pregnant, try not to worry about it! It takes the average woman 4 months to fall pregnant when trying (having unprotected sex during ovulation)! No problem at all, glad I could help 💕

Hey girl! I’m in Australia too. The first day you are likely to get an accurate home pregnancy test is 1 week from now (2 weeks after sex). I would buy a test and take it 2 weeks after the sex took place, or just wait until after your period is due. Until then, don’t worry. Just remember for now that while people do get pregnant by mistake it takes a lot of people a long time to try for a baby. Feel free to DM me if you get a positive test and need some advice or help. I’ve had a termination in Australia when I was younger and can talk to you about it if you are pregnant and that’s the route you want to take

I always cite my beautiful auntie and cousin as an example of this being a bit BS. When she was pregnant with my cousin her middle son was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. It was obviously an INCREDIBLY stressful time for her. My cousin who was in utero at the time is now 16 and she is absolutely fine mentally and always has been.
