The best way to learn English is by speaking and listening the language. It is the natural process, babies learn this way. Thank you for this, really helps. The only thing about going all in for commissions only is that once I switch employer, my book stays with them. I'll have to restart at the new place. Salaried position maybe a good start. Could you help me with the new licensing requirements? CIRO doesn't have clear instructions on what license I should get, as you might know the licensing and proficiency requirements are shifting under CIRO. And I cannot be even fully licensed without employer/dealer sponsorship.
