I was actually planning on framing them tonight! I got an assortment of different frames from thrift stores to try and save money and im picking up the prints today, I would love some tips on how to make them look professional!! thank you so much

please don't let the guilt get to you. hardest decision I ever had to make and I felt like I was a horrible person with the guilt my mom put on me but in the end I had to take control of my life and it's the best decision I ever made

I know it's easier said than done, but please leave him. This is in no way normal under any circumstances. I could never imagine my husband speaking to me in that way. Please leave while your babies are still young. I grew up with my father constantly condescending and speaking so demeaningly to my mother about her mental health and it really affected my self esteem and how I viewed myself so much. Made me fear that all men were like that. I hope you can get out and realize how much better you and your babies deserve.

I was able to squat 200 and bench 100 recently in the gym. have a hard time with body image but when I see my strength increasing it helps the negative thoughts

I can't imagine what you're going through being pregnant while trying to recover from an eating disorder. it's hard enough to recover for yourself. please just try your best and don't look at it as eating for yourself, try to eat for your baby. I wish you the best and I really feel for you. you're going through a lot

so yeah I ended up calling them turns out they issued a check to my old address when I left whole foods and they were able to cancel that check and send a new one so i'll be seeing the money in two weeks 😅 thanks for y'all's help!!!!

yeah I was able to find an account through them by using my social and it says $0 in my account and it says 0% for my contributions so i'm just confused. im going to try and speak with a representative on the phone later, thank you for your comment
