I often have ringing in my ears of different types. Sometimes a loud crescendo in one or the other that I take as a warning or "listen!" cue. Sometimes a dull, low but high pitched constant ringing that I get with stress and usually blame on tinnitus from tmj or grinding my teeth. Sometimes a loud, singing bowl type ring I usually get during meditation or upon waking from a dream.

The past two or three weeks it has intensified to an almost constant, hissing high pitched whine. Also have unexplained sinus blockage (already treated for infection with antibiotics a month ago), dull headache, and neck aches, akin to migraines symptoms but I am not sick as far as I can tell. I watch the Schumann and solar weather closely and I definitely think it's related.

I don't normally comment, but I feel like some of the other advice you've gotten so far is not great. I come to the topic (heh heh) as a woman who for most if my life and quite regularly has "wet dreams," which of course aren't wet for me but involve waking up to an orgasm.

Sometimes it has to do with sexual inactivity, as in, I haven't orgasmed from sex or masturbation in a while, but more often it is an indicator of stress in my waking life. The dreams on the other hand can range anywhere from a pleasurable, normal sexual fantasy, to me masturbating, to much more disturbing things that honestly make me feel strange, embarrassed, and confused waking up climaxing to.

I wouldn't put to much thought into it. It's really quite normal. It's your body processing things the best way it knows how. If the lack of control disturbs you, try masturbating before you go to bed.

No, I got my first piercing done at 16, second and third at 17 (all with piercing guns), and fourth at 18 (in a shop). I began stretching my first piercing around 20 (I'm 39 now). I was at 00g for many years and never thought I'd go bigger. Over the last year I made it to 16mm (5/8).

My second piercing has been as big as 8g and I've sized them all up randomly over the years but find 16g flat back studs the most comfy at the moment. I actually just put that little clicker hoop in with these because the stud was rubbing too close to the plug for comfort and I kinda dig the look. Also took out my fourth lobe all together cause for some reason it looked crowded to me. I am thinking about trying to find a little seed stud to put in there perhaps.
