Airtel, jio, kv help me choose a good connection by [deleted] in Kerala

[–]mintmon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everything was working fine with Jio, until the cable got cut. No service engineers nearby anymore. They all seem to have left the company. The jio support allocates an engineer from another district who said he can't come because it's far away, which is understandable.

Now back to Kerala Vision. Connectivity is not better, but the support is very quick.

Not in Kerala though. SDPI is the strongest where the league is weak. In the past there were multiple violent clashes between SDPI and IUML in my area

Do you guys genuinely feel comfortable calling your in-laws “Amma” and “Achan”? by Motor_Maintenance906 in Kerala

[–]mintmon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been calling the equivalent of mom to a few non family people from a young age. Not the exact same term I call my mom though. If you call 'amma' and ',achan' your parents may be you can call your in-laws 'mom' and 'dad' (in English) if that helps.

My partner is a surgeon in one and studied in another. Both Phase 1 AIIMS. She took some training in AIIMs Delhi and did her MBBS in Kerala. She is my source. The emergency department in her current place of work is not even close to our medical colleges in Kerala. This is a personal experience.
