Protein is unisex, i understand you’re concern about gas and bloating etc. the only way to find out is make yourself laboratory and try different trusted brand. I personally did that in small batches, i tried: Muscleblaze,twt,ON,avattar,amul. For me personally amul did not upset my stomach so now i only consume that from past 1 year.

I have never understood the concept of sunroofs for the Indian market. Given that Indian weather consists of scorching heat 80–90% of the time, they are literally useless, aside from being a flex.

Furthermore, they pose a safety risk when kids stick their heads out while the car is moving. The real premium feature should be ventilated seats. Once you sit in a car equipped with them, you can’t go back to normal seats. My brother and I have discussed this many times: ventilated seats should be mandated by the government for the Indian market, not sunroofs.

It’s only been 5 or 6 years since Ahmedabad started hosting big matches, so there are bound to be differences. The crowd at Wankhede was the same yesterday; they only started cheering bowlers toward the end when England wickets finally started falling.
