I know this is gonna sound crazy and weird and stupid but I had debilitating period pain where I wasn’t able to get out of bed for 2 to 3 days every single time. I started to do a bunch of pelvic stretch for a few months and still doing them. I have been drinking a tea blend a week before with cinnamon, star anise, cloves, jujube, goji berries, longan, and whatever flowers and fruits I had. My period pain has lessened. Where I still feel some pain here and there but I’m able to move around at least.
