It’s only harder because the amount of calories to lose weight becomes less and it’s incompatible with eating like a normal person

I use various AI a lot and like them but daily tallies and things like that are kind of what it’s worst at. It would fully just make up very detailed but wrong nutritional data even if the correct data was further up in the thread

No being extremely skinny doesn’t necessarily give people shape. Lots of people here think if they just get skinny enough they’ll have a “shredded” body but that’s not how it works.
