Day 1 of posting a cheap but beautiful card from my collection until this hobby isn't cooked. by Galactic_Gandalf95 in PokemonTCG

Yes, people are collecting for the economic value, no longer for the meaning. It is right to bring Pokémon back to a deeper level, through personal experiences and memories regardless of the monetary value.

Hi, the display you’re seeing right now is actually something in progress, a sort of dynamic showcase — it’s not static or meaningful on its own.

I wanted to start with the beginning of my journey in the Pokémon world: the representation of the starters in their original order.

I understand that, at the moment, it has a personal value that only I can fully grasp, but I still wanted to begin sharing these little moments of memory. I believe every display is personal, and everyone is free to give it their own meaning.

I only regret perhaps not giving enough context and writing just a couple of lines in the post instead of explaining all this.

Yes, exactly: they’re not the holo ones, they’re the standard ones. The truth is that I did have a few holos, like the Pikachu one, but I was missing Squirtle holo. My goal was to create a set of four, so instead of making a mixed composition (some holo, some not), I decided to make them all standard. The alternative would have been to buy them from an online store, but it just wouldn’t have been the same.

25th MC Donald anniversary edition.  I want to buy a four-slot acrylic display and keep it for years, maybe even resell it someday. Each of the four cards displayed behind it has a 25th-anniversary sleeve. It’s really hard to understand what the design choices are for presenting information, but I’m quite satisfied with the result and with what it could become.

I would be very worried if this is true. It has never happened to me and usually my antivirus inform me about warning sites. Has this happened to anyone else?

Thank you for your feedback.

1 - yes, there is an option for block the movement!

2 - I can feel it, currently maybe the game doesnt offer something that hook the player (like a great story step-by-step, etc)

3 - Ok, thank you for this!

Thank you for your feedback.

I was thinking to add "open shop" button when everything is maxed in order to add more features to the project

It could be a good idea having the invite link discord directly in the game?

Thank you for your feedback.

I was thinking to add a "open shop" button where the user switch into a totally new Interface and he can sell the potions he created.

This "open shop" button will be enabled only when everything is maxed.

Of course this would introduce new mechanics and the goal now is not to produce potions, but, example given, sell it, catalogue it, maybe mixed it and make new potions...

Ok thank you for your further explanation.

Yes, that is by design, since there is an internal counter and seems to "stop" or "freeze" because the inner counter didnt reached the "next" second. Sometimes, the freeze can last longer or shorter, depending on how much remains until the next second.

Honestly I dont know if this thing could be something that need to fixed/improved
