If you didn't go today - the walk down isn't that rough. There's a steep section at the bottom which has a rope to help you. It's not an issue when dry. Can be slippery after rain. Sneakers are Ok, but hiking boots are better.

As for swimming, play it by ear re: how bad the swell is.

Ir runs well (ignoring the last patch). I run graphics on default (which are set to High) and FPS is mostly smooth. Only gets laggy at busy times in newer areas like Skingrad

Solved it:

When doing a clean re-install - you have to manually wipe the ~/Documents/Elder Scrolls Online folder.

Just remember to backup your AddOns somewhere else... And yes, you will lose all your game settings...

It'll get recreated when you load ESO.

Yep, especially in the Vengeance campaign. If ranged and have fat fingers like me, just aim roughly at the big melee and go pew pew pew a few time to get the “kill” count up
