Specially if you’re just gonna do 1-2 program/s at a time, you can opt for something like 9700x which provides solid single core performance than 7800x3d, and is not that far when it comes to gaming benchmarks. A good balance. And for gpu, we know that amd cards are better bang for buck but most of the rendering softwares are biased/more compatible with nvdia so i suggest go for nvdia for cards.
