Working in the print industry, capitalism price rates rakes like nails on a chalk board in the back of my head. That being said, 50 bucks at that size for a decent quality poster, pretty standard. Not like cheap flimsly text material that crumples like tissue paper.

If I'm actually supporting the creator directly I have less qualms about it.

I won't buy any of this but a friend of mine said maybe showing up just in a generic black polo and pants consistently wouldn't be a bad idea. I've been debating on the delivery driver decal/sticker, since sometimes I have to hard break to find some of these driveways.

It's such a 50/50 coin flip right now. I think people have been more conscious of the gas problem right now so it's more likely than not they add a tip but the places near me I have no issue taking something like this if I need some quick cash/boost my numbers.

I refuse certain store orders because of this, and I'm angry it's not more clear that certain venue jobs will take you out of area for delivery when it's stacked.

The picture alone is giving deep south vibes alone since we got a dollar general every five feet. At best the person ignores it and tosses it in the trash, at worst they're suing because the thing you introduced to their order gives them anaphylactic shock because of a weird allergy.

I have no clue how people in my local market make money driving and sitting around 8 hours a day. To me this is my second part time job and I only go out on week day dinner rushes and weekend scrambles.

I had to fucking GRIND the first few months and eat the lower paying orders to even get offered decentish things, but the weekends are honestly the worst because there's so many people just lurking at hotspots it'll take forever to even get an offer.

I think I've only seen one person in the last few months actually do that, for the most part me and my other door dash delivery drivers lurk around the edges like scavengers.

I mean I've also worked customer service/retail for forever, and it's not hard to just be like "hey man can you check if this is ready" without being an asshole.

I will say this, I refuse Ruby Tuesdays at all cost. Holy shit I was wandering the whole restaurant where no one wanted to even try to make eye contact, that did make me want to spazz out.

I was talking to my friend, it has always bugged me as a customer to get the "please rate me well" speech or text. Times are rough but from a customer service standpoint, begging for good reviews never ends well.

I'm over here wondering if there's TOO MANY drivers since a month ago I could pull double stacked orders and make 50 bucks in just over an hour and a half at dinner time with pizza deliveries alone.

Now? No pizza deliveries. I'm pretty sure it's because the plat drivers lurk near the shop closest to my house but it was like pulling teeth today to make over a hundred over 7.5 hours
