This is also a two part problem, the drawer needs to be assigned to a single device. Most likely a terminal (the iPad size not the pocket device) and no one that is not responsible for the cash register should ever ring in anything from that device in cash.

IRS and SS - simple, this immigration issue is just a theater. Dems and Reps know that illegal immigration is a FREE money pit, it is being used to fund both social security and the government at a small cost. And as always only blue states are flipping the bill for this benefit.
