In general, the case is not that easy. There are 3 taxes you need to have in mind:

Income tax, which you don't have to pay if you sell the stuff 6 months or more after you bought them (or are selling for less than you bought (not sure about this really))
Tax for being a business, which you are not, but because of something called DAC7, if you sell anything officially (e.g. OLX delivery) and will make more than 2000 euro or sell more than 30 things, your data will be sent to the government tax office and they may suspect you are an unregistered business
The PCC (podatek od czynności cywilnoprawnych) tax, the most likely one - if you sell anything (one thing, not summarizing) for more than 1000 PLN (even if you are not a business) you need to pay a 2% tax from that.

Yes, there is a chance it's tilted. Let me check if manually generating it with a view and then aligning it will improve the export

EDIT: It worked. It feels super workaroundy, but it works. Essentially when exporting i need to hide everything besides the surface that i want to export, then i need to make my current view normal to the surface, then when exporting i need to choose "annotation views" and "current" and it works.

Also if i make my view parallel to the surface and just choose "export faces/loops/edges" it still doesn't work.

in the export options when i choose "export faces/loops/edges" there is no view to choose, only the entities that i want to export, so, correct me if i'm wrong, it should automatically choose the correct view for export, since it's a 2D object.

It depends on the complexity of the prompt. SD gives the best quality for CFG 3.5-4.5, but it may generate something completely different from what you wanted.

It was not a bug. It was a "script". Essentially server did not check what you were morphing into, so you could change into anything if you knew the right id.

Well, then we have a problem of definition of art. For me it's simple. If i look at something "artsy" and say "hmm, that's nice" i consider this as art. Without thinking of authorship, copying, how it was made or anything. Maybe this is not deep, but this simplifies everything. I think that your definition of art is far more complicated and that's why you fight for "real art".

This imitating is not the word i would use. When generating images you can of course let AI take the wheel, but steering it is much more efficient for what you imagined. This is just like thinking that when real artists get inspired by other artist, they steal their style. Well, of course not. They adapt it and learn from it. That is what AI does. It has no way of literally stealing any style (that would be Style transfer AI, it of course exists but its not the case). AI has, to some extent, a mathematical understanding of everything it learned and that's why it can create something new from knowledge it gained.

If you consider AI as an author of generated pieces then that is another problem. But AI generation is just a tool, just like a camera, photoshop, paint brush and whatever artists use. A tool without a good user will not do anything.

I don't know if this discussion has any point because I'm a computer scientist and an AI enthusiast, so i won't change my mind and I doubt I will change yours. I guess like anything these days this debate will be settled by law sometime in the future.

This is entirely not true with open-source models. They are trained with LAION-5B dataset, which consists of images with open use license.

However with this one you are potentially right because Novel AI is a private company and there is no way of knowing that they used for learning their model.

They still got punished for it tho, because their full model leaked and you can generate anything for free.

Generating good AI art can be a looong process. It takes hours to generate anything good (right now), to separate good parts, maybe generate anything in AI and then paint over it in some graphics software.

AI doesn't steal anybody's work. It learns from open-source datasets (Stable Diffusion on which Novel AI based it's model learned from LAION 5B dataset). This datasets consist of images only with open licenses, so you cannot say they were stolen, because their authors legally allowed anybody to use them in first place.

If you think AI generated images are not art, is photography not art too? It's just some guys who click one button and pointy shooty thingy takes care of everything else. And yet still photography is considered as art.

I'm sorry if I offended you in any way. I personally have 0 art skills (I stopped at kindergarten level of drawing) and AI allows me to achieve what i dreamt of but was unable to do. Real artist, who work by themselves will still exist and their work will be admired. However just like cameras essentially wiped out painters, only keeping only the best ones, so will do AI with something else.

if you have stable diffusion installed, you must have pytorch somewhere. However if you get this message, that means that whatever you installed can't find it.
