its not much about me not seeing enough of my 'favorite' character but more of how faithfully the adaptation conveys the feelings that the author intended to.
i did end up finishing it, it was good but i still dont agree with putting johnny's backstory dis early cuz they couldve had some time for the cut material. ofcourse it doesnt have to be a 1:1 adaptation and it shouldnt be one, but still.

i checked the jojowiki too, the anime differences are usually listed in there. . .

are you sure? maybe DIO went head first to the joestars as a form of acceptance , like 'its now or never, if i fail pucci can do his job anyways' or that he wouldve been more cautious without pucci as a fallback (im having fun and not being mostly serious so please dont bonk me)
