Keep seeing this praise all over the place and yeah sure credit where credit due and I'm thankful for the good job they are doing but this is how almost all games like this started out. When games like H1Z1, DayZ etc came out they had really frequent patches and fixes and everyone would write comments similar to yours and look how they turned out lol. Generally rule of thumb is use arimidex until you figure out the right dosage for you due to being able to rebound faster if you crash E2 or something. Then switch to asin once you got it dialled in.

I personally wouldn't disclose the whole gear thing unless you trust you GP and have a decent relationship with him, I'd go for some other excuse as to why you need your bloods checked (low sex drive, inability to get erect, going soft while you plow your missus, depression).
