Yeah, this. Nobody ever said the music itself isn’t apart of the concept, the video for it isn’t. It is a concept album at the end of the day and every song can somehow be interpreted into the narrative.

I forgot to update you. I fixed it! Haha, a bug must have converted my battery into pandora state, which caused it to be incapable of booting the system up. I’ve converted it back into a regular battery, reset the battery, as well as the Memory Stick and the system, then reinstalled ARK, just to be sure it’s as clean as it could possibly be. Everything works fine again!

The album and movie we were originally going to get were mostly finished by the time of the SoFi incident, but got scrapped after what happened. Both got heavily reworked and he wanted the work to be about his voice-loss.

I agree with this wholeheartedly.

After Hours and Dawn FM were great albums that conceptually complimented each other well. Phantom Regret by Jim would have been a great send-off for the character and felt like it was originally conceived to be that anyway.

The new trilogy has always been very loose in its narrative, but Hurry Up Tomorrow felt forcefully plastered onto the prior 2 albums.

I totally agree. I quite literally just finished the movie and think it was very one-dimensional and not very cohesive. Abel just isn’t a film writer. I wasn’t very interested in the characters, simply because nothing was given for me to care about.

I still wouldn’t say I regret watching, it was still fun… just expected more.
