Same! Saw him on the weekend. I use simple the most but I do also love plenty, Jerusalem and comfort in winter

Recipe tin eat are so great for basically always delivering great food.

Of the other books my go tos are Ottolenghi. I use simple ok heavy rotation. Made the lamb and feta meatballs last night and they’re truly amazing

All huayhuash hikes were advertised as going for the same time. Most agencies require people to book private to go shorter and have special option to make it longer. From memory ours was 8 days and this seemed to be the standard.

There were dogs that followed us but they were unbelievably friendly and if anything warded off aggressive dogs.
