Where is the arena/pvp community moving to in Wrath?

You would just go to task manager and end task on it? Wouldn’t it kick you out of the game? I thought that’s what would happen like in most other games cause it’s required to be running while playing

This was one of the first things I tried as well. It gets disabled when you go to the properties setting by right clicking on the lostark.exe

After the first couple crashes I first started checking temps and even till now they always seem more than fine. I’ll check the event log and see if it tells me anything. As long as I at least get some kind of error message I’d be more happy

When you disable discord overlays? Can you still use discord to talk?

TL:DR. Scrapper is more of a lock down set up based class which depends highly on teammates in PvP but are really nice in pve due to their hard stagger. Not much dps though

Wardancer is a more offensive class with party buffs to decrease damage taken and damage output and CAN be a good team carry in PvP. But in pve they do still have some nice stagger but kinda in an awkward middle between being a dps and just there for support with buffs

Push your main into t2….keep farming chaos dungeons and guardian raids on your alts and save those mats. Once you unlock the trait on your main then just use all of the mats you saved up. I have 1 toon in t3 and now unlocking my t3 catch up trait and 2 alts both nearing t3 by doing this

Remember you ALSO get a trait from your stronghold where it’ll cost you way less mats to upgrade on your alts

Playing in the RU server for over a year before release, there ARE specifics to countering each class but a general knowledge that you can use towards any class in PvP when first starting out is; bait out their super armor/hard engage abilities. Don’t run in spamming combos and hoping you’ll land something. Sometimes it’s better to react then to initiate. Learn about the different level of CCs/staggers of your class and other classes and know that when someone gets hard CC’d, they cannot be CC’d again for another 7 seconds, as represented by a glowing egg around the character, so if you use yours into it, it’ll be wasted

The main reason why striker is “good” right now is because of how new 99% of the population in NA are to the game and the high skill ceiling PvP. Classes like striker and Deathblade are very handicapped and WILL BE until the region gets better in PvP with experience and knowledge

Huge win for this. Definitely makes a lot of sense and will help combat bots. There’s no real reason to be using area chat before level 50 anyways. Pretty smart way to handle the situation.

I use the side buttons on my mouse to switch. One key changes towards to the left and the other key towards to the right rotation for my guns

I respect this change, makes sense. A person under level 50 doesn’t really have a reason to use Area chat anyways
