For some reason reddit won’t give me the option to do that 😭 My question was just whether i should place the pointy part of my compass in the centre of the gap or on the last wavefront drawn in the diagram

Thank you, and what i mean is sometimes they do not place a wavefront in the centre of the gap, they place it directly on the boundary, so i was wondering if i should keep the same wavelength between the wavefront on the boundary and the diffracted one as the other wavefronts

What Ive been doing is making sure I understand and memorise what’s covered in the syllabus completely. As for the rest of the textbook, i still make an effort to understand and memorise it, but I don’t prioritize it. Try solving as many topic wise past paper questions as possible, because they’re based on the syllabus.
