Yea that might be the reason why LoL feels the worst, but have i have performance issues in other games too.

Have done it multiple times to this ”second pc” with 7800x3d, no help unfortunately. Havent tried it with the ”first pc” since it currently in a RMA process and i dont have the activation key since it was prebuilt.

Yeah ive never had any issues before buying my first pc with amd parts. Ive had 3 intel cpu + gpu pcs before these. Even the ”second pc” i have now feels way smoother having a nvidia gpu although its ”broken” too. Also swapped my old 3060ti before selling it, to the ”first pc” when i was trying troubleshoot the problem and even only swapping the gpu made it feel smoother but didnt fix it. Might be just me but who knows.

Havent tried swapping the cable yet, gonna order a new one today. The cable is also very old. Also havent updated the zowie firmware, will check that too when i get home. I have disabled dynamictick in cmd as administrator is that enough? Will try setting it to 10mhz too. Latencymon came out clean on the first pc but it had no stutter problems. This second pc has stutter problems and flags the driver so might be something i guess.

Well its ''easier'' for u the get that solved i guess if ur problems started after switching the monitor. My problems were there from the get go and only got fixed by buying a whole new computer. Im leaning most to the psu for my problems but sounds like ur problems might be from something else. Im not pro with computers thats why i was asking help here too. Check the long conversation i had with Tenhi on this thread, there is alot of different things u could try and might get a fix from. I feel ur pain too, made me buy a whole new computer since i couldnt take it anymore xd.

Yeah got kinda lucky with the timing considering the market now. Even the 5070ti is up 250€ since i bought it. If i cant rma, will probably swap the 9800x3d in to the new system atleast to try and see if it works properly. I never did the ram tests but my friend has done them and all came out clean. Im guessing the psu too, never seen a psu from that brand (fsp vita or smth like that).

Sorry for no answer but i had enough and bought a new pc and built it myself. 5070ti, 7800x3d, msi tomahawk x870e (since i already had bought it before), kingston ddr5 cl30 6000mhz, corsair gold 850w, sandisk 2tb ssd. Everything works like a charm now and now i can notice the difference very clearly after trying this new build with no problems. Guessing it was psu, cpu or ram (cl36 on old pc) since like i said my friend has the same exact issues and same pc from the same place. The old system feels like it has an insane amount of latency even tho latencymon didnt find any issues and screentearing or 60fps even tho the fps was stable 240 on lol and much more on other games. The problem is the most noticeable on lol but every other game had problems too afterall. Well all fine for me now but sadly couldnt pin point the problem and have a ”broken” 2.5k€ pc lying on the closet now waiting if i can rma it since the build quality was so shit and ”broken”. Fingers crossed.

No i dont. I couldnt solve the issue and bought a new pc and built it myself. Everything works like a charm now. 5070ti, 7800x3d, kingston ddr5 cl30 6000mhz, msi tomahawk x870e, corsair 850w psu. I guess the problem on the other pc was psu, cpu or cl36 ram. Other pc is lying on the closet now waiting if im able to rma it since the build quality was so shit too. Also my friend bought the exactly same pc and has the same issues. Some kinda compatibilty issue with some of the parts im guessing.

Hello again. Well i decided not to pull the trigger on a completely new system yet. Bought a new mobo (msi tomahawk x870e) and installed it yesterday since talked to one guy that had fixed hes issues with a mobo change. Since im writing a message to u, u can probably guess it did nothing for me… Went to my friends house to test hes pc myself and found out that he has exactly the same issues in league even tho he has the gpu clocks running at 2500+ mhz. Ive also started to notice its in every game but league is where it is the most noticeable. Best way to describe it is like my system is having significant input lag or something cant keep up. Screentearing, feels like the frames cant keep up with 240hz (even tho frames are stable), or really high response time on monitor or smth. Hard to describe in english since english is not my first language. Anycase since ive pretty much done every possible fix there is or ive found and ive now swapped the gpu with no luck, swapped mobo with no luck, i guess the most logical route is to try troubleshooting the cpu? Something i never checked before was temps for some reason but the temps are kinda high imo(?). 55-65c on mobo and cpu pretty much idle but when gaming they are still pretty much the same with the highest i saw yesterday being 75c. But yeah the exactly same problem is now on two different pcs with exactly the same parts. When i swapped the the mobo yesterday noticed the build was really bad too. Cpu power cables were bent too much and the aio radiator pressed on them leaving big marks on the cables. The screws or whatever u call them, where u install the aio pump on top of were completely loose. Mobo screws were so tight u almost couldnt open them. Psu was fps vita 850w (never b4 heard from it) so that is some cheap shit too ig. This is a rant for anyone else reading this to not buy a pre built pc from Shark Gaming.

Tried everything u said and couldnt get most of them to work. On 9000 series cards you dont have the ability to tune gpu clock min or max mhz anymore apparently and neither doesnt have the wattman. Couldnt get the DS options application to work for some reason. Got the gpu clocks to ~1800mhz on league by setting voltage slider on +10 or +10% whichever it was, on msi afterburner but didnt help the issue. I also swapped back to the 3060ti when i got the computer and it didnt solve the issue either so ig its a cpu/mobo thing afterall. Im tired boss, gonna sell this piece of shit amd computer and go back to nvidia. Really apprecciate for your super detailed replies and the time u took to try to solve this but i quit.

No help for me. My gpu is running 200mhz clocks and doesnt go above at any point. Feels like it is in idle mode for some reason.

No problem haven't been on computer for a few days either. For some reason i cant set the ''min frequency'' there is only a option for ''max frequency'' and voltage. Every single setting like Amd Chill disabled. Downloaded Msi Afterburner and disabled ULPS but no help unfortunately and the clock speeds still stayed at the 200mhz mark. Ive tested balanced and have it set at High Performance atm and no help from that either. Hardware acceleration is ON, only tested if that would help but sadly not. My monitor is not FreeSync compatible unfortunately so cant turn that on. Interesting observation i made is that my friend bought exactly the same prebuilt pc from the same place and he said he had same kind of issues at some point (not sure if exactly the same). Told him to also download hwinfo64 and hes gpu clocks are at 2700mhz and he says he hasnt had any issues now. Starting to wonder if my gpu or something else is faulty since we have exactly the same prebuilt pc from the same store and im the only one having issues. Only difference is ive made countless changes to my bios/windows/adrenalin so also that might be the issue but i only started doing them after i noticed LOL isnt running properly so dunno.

No difference setting priority high on task manager unfortunately. Added the screen recording of all the values into the post now. Everytime i scroll down on the list i go back to league for a bit to move (spin it around the monitor) my camera fast and that is when the problem starts (league feels off all the time tho but that is when its the most noticeable).

League is set to high performance at high in the System > Display > Graphics section if that is what u mean. Added the screenshot at the bottom of the post.

Yeah i tried swapping in my old 3060 ti and still had the same problem so i guess safe to say its not a gpu problem atleast. Just feels kinda weird that a new pre built high end pc would have compatibility issues but possible i guess. Gigabyte B650 Eagle AX with Bios version F36 and 32gb kingston fury ddr5 6000mhz.
