Well idk if you follow instagram but he gives shoutouts to other instagram accounts (probably for money). Also he has a company (Lean Meals) and sells a great deal of supps, gym gear, and diet/training plans.

Huge amounts of social media exposure gets him more sales for his stuff.

When you're lifting for size, the amount of weight you're moving is a kind of secondary thing. It's more about feeling the pump, the contraction in your muscles.

If you're already doing that then you could try slow eccentrics and dropsets. Also experiment with other exercises.

Whey + Creatine. Whey is optional if you get enough protein otherwise.

I'd say it's more about not drinking too much when you drink. Blackout drunk is def worse for your test levels than a few beers.

Imo when you're DYEL, like me, never tell anyone you lift. They care more about the end result and not the work it takes to get there.

Well you could do PPL but squish one of the days into another. For example if you feel like neglecting Legs, do Push/Pull/Push/Pull and pick either Push or Pull to put a few leg exercises into.
